I graduated from UniSA with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), I started in the sports industry, attaining my level 1 sports trainer certification with SASMA in 2020, and later moved into hydrotherapy and NDIS support work, before joining PhyioWest.
I first learnt about the important role of physio through my cousin, who often used me as a test body during her studies, and fell in love with the precision and care physio’s would use for a wide range of conditions.
I’m an Adelaide local with a Greek background, and have a Diploma in Greek to back it up. I’m always happy to take on Greek speaking patients!
PhsyioWest drew me in through my brother, who works as a podiatrist, and raved about the facilities, and diversity in the team. I quickly learnt that PhsyioWest is a tight night group, who treat each other, and their patients as family members.
Outside of work, you’ll find me you’ll find me at the beach which friends and family, Greek dancing, or exploring new food spots around town.
My philosophy is all about keeping you as independent as possible, I want to give you the skills to achieve your goals for longevity of health and quality of life, throughout your life. I’m particularly interested in Rehabilitation and am currently enrolled in a certificate of clinical rehab so that I can be more skilled practitioner for my patients.
