Prior to completing my Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of South Australia, I completed a Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Adelaide where I developed a deep interest in the human body and the intricacies that allow us to live our lives.
Before joining PhysioWest I was the trainer coordinator with Norwood Football Club’s Centre of Excellence, a role that that nurtured my interest in all things musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I was also the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Student President for our state in 2022, and now will be sitting on the SA APA Branch Council for 2023 as the New Graduate Representative.
Physiotherapy has provided me the ability to help those around me improve their health and return to their activities. In particular, I enjoy helping people reduce their pain and get back to what matters most to them through education, exercise therapy, and hands on treatment. My passion is to help you be and feel your best whether it’s on the court or field, in the gym, at home or in daily life!
Being heavily involved in competitive basketball growing up, I have had multiple encounters with physiotherapists for a wide range of injuries. Physiotherapy allowed me to return to what I loved and helped me to perform at my best. I would love to help those who come see me in the clinic experience that same care and rehabilitation to be able to return to what they love.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me getting a workout in at the gym, playing basketball with friends, exploring new eateries around Adelaide, or playing video games at home.
I am excited to join the team at PhysioWest and be a part of their vision for truly holistic care for every person, and their passion for community engagement in a fun and supportive way!
I’d love to meet and work together with you to achieve your physiotherapy goals. Book your session today!
