My passion for Physiotherapy grew from my interest in injury rehabilitation and my desire to help people. After suffering sporting injuries and going to different Physiotherapists, it was clear this was a profession that I was not only interested in, but one that aligned with my personal values and life interests. I graduated from the University of South Australia with a Master of Physiotherapy and have an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science and I’m new to the PhysioWest team.
I have grown up in the Adelaide Hills and have been heavily involved in sports, particularly footy and tennis. My previous involvement in sporting teams means I really enjoy being involved in a team environment that strives for excellence. PhysioWest typifies this, being a super supportive tight-knit team that helps everyone to be the best physio they can be.
I have developed a keen interest in the musculoskeletal and rehabilitation side of Physiotherapy and enjoy treating a wide range of presentations. No matter what brings you to Physiotherapy at PhysioWest I would love to help you achieve your goals collaboratively, through a mix of exercise and manual therapy. I will also help you to understand and educate you on your presentation.
Outside of my life as a Physiotherapist, I play football in the winter for the Athelstone football club and in the summer play tennis for the Lobethal Tennis club. I also love everything outdoors, whether it be bushwalking, camping, or fishing if I have some spare time.
I am excited to begin my journey as a Physiotherapist here at PhysioWest. I’d love to meet you and work with you to smash your goals. Book an appointment below.
