For me, there was nothing more I wished to study than Physiotherapy. I found it was the perfect combination of my interests in biology, sport, the human body, and problem solving.
Sports Physio, I am your go to.
I currently work as the Head Physiotherapist for North Adelaide Football Club U/18 and U/16 teams and as the physiotherapist for the U/21 Women’s State Hockey team. I have years of experience working with sporting populations and have also completed my Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy qualification through the APA. In the coming years I am also hoping to complete a Master’s Degree in Sports Physiotherapy.
Other areas I really enjoy are Pilates, knee and ankle injuries and exercise therapy. Overall, it is reducing people’s pain and empowering them through exercise and active lifestyles to allow them to return to the things they love that drives my practice. Regardless of what brings you to the clinic, I would love to help you reach your goals and help you understand your body, all whilst having fun and being a friend along the way.
Outside of the world of physio you will find me doing…more sport. I keep active playing netball, at the gym, or riding my bike. Another big part of my life is spending time with my friends or reading a book. I am a country girl at heart as I grew up in Mount Gambier before moving to Adelaide to study, so given the opportunity I head home to visit my family and recharge.
I’d love to meet you and work with you, book your appointment below and we can begin our journey together!
