I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia after initially starting out my first year studying occupational therapy. For me the goal was always to be a physiotherapist, like many others I’ve had personal experiences with physios for my own injuries playing sport, though it wasn’t until I was well into my university degree that I started to realise what it actually meant to be a physio! Though I enjoyed learning about all the different areas of physio, I was always passionate about helping people in an outpatient setting to live healthy and meaningful lives! After spending time working as a sports trainer, I was excited to put my skills and knowledge into practice in the clinic.
I was excited to be part of the team at PhysioWest because of their passion and genuine desire to provide the best holistic care for every person, as well as what a supportive and fun team they are to be a part of. My passion is to work with you to achieve your goals, whether that be on the court or field, in the gym, at home or in daily life.
I have lived in Adelaide my whole life, and I love the community here. I always say that Adelaide is such a small place, and there’s a pretty good chance you know somebody who knows somebody!
Outside of work I love to keep active by playing and umpiring netball, running (albeit fairly slowly!) and heading to the gym. I also enjoy spending time with friends, family and my dog, being involved in footy and travelling once it’s possible again.
Book an appointment below – I’d love to work with you.
