As part of our assessment and treatment, we often need to see the body area in question. Loose fitting clothing that is easy to move in is a great idea.

From the 1st of January 2024, PhysioWest will be exiting from the Health Partners and Bupa Preferred Provider programs. Preferred Provider programs prioritise quantity over quality by dictating the fees a clinic can charge for services. The programs encourage high patient turnover, which is incompatible with our approach to healthcare.

We don’t want our patients to feel rushed, unheard, or unimportant.

  • You will still be able to claim their private health insurance and receive your rebate on the spot. Your rebate will depend on your level of cover.
  • Your gap may be higher. But, your cover will last longer!
  • We want to attract and maintain a team of the best quality therapists available
  • You will experience a higher quality of service, a more comprehensive approach to care, and a healthcare experience that is a cut above the rest.

We are excited to introduce a model that is reflective of our passion to impact and inspire our community. Our community is our number one priority. We thank you for your ongoing support of PhysioWest.
