We are always on the lookout for people to join our team and share in our values.
I joined PhysioWest in 2024 and it was probably the best professional decision I’ve ever made. The regular practical professional development sessions are so much fun and have helped me continue to build my clinical skillset even as an experienced clinician. Additionally, as part of the leadership team I have been able to focus on mastering my mentoring, coaching and professional leadership and have fun while doing it! The recruitment process was the least stressful one I’ve experienced and our award-winning business owners really promote an atmosphere of support and growth which has helped me to rise to challenges and creates a wonderful warm and dynamic daily energy. I joined PhysioWest looking for a chance to grow as a clinician and as a leader and I feel so lucky to have found a team which helps me to continue to achieve both these things and made some amazing friends along the way!

Working at PhysioWest has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by a team that is not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about helping others. The collaborative environment encourages growth, learning, and open communication, which has allowed me to continually develop both professionally and personally. What I appreciate most is the positive culture, we truly celebrate each other’s successes. Being part of such a dedicated and inspiring team makes coming to work every day a pleasure. I’m proud to be part of PhysioWest.

PhysioWest has been the most welcoming place I’ve ever worked! PW lives through it’s core purpose and values to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The whole team is positive, energised, passionate and extremely caring. All of the Physiotherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist and Client Care Team work extremely hard to push the boundaries of Allied Health and ensure their clients come first above everything else. Bec & Grant have created a environment ideal for anyone and everyone! It has made for a very bubbly, fun and friendly work place where everyday is different! You’d be crazy to not join the team!

I see my skills and confidence not only as a physio, but as a person too improving more and more each day. The weekly 1:1 and group mentoring, weekly PD, social events and quarter catch ups/cuddles, but also just the friendly team checking in every single day has been a huge support. I was lucky enough to attend an end of year retreat at Victor Harbour a few weeks after I joined the team. I didn’t really know anyone but after 2.5 days I felt like a part of the family. It was so obvious how much everyone genuinely cared for each other and enjoyed spending time together. Everyone was so welcoming, I knew this was the place for me!!

My favourite memory at PhysioWest was our most recent Team Retreat. We had a great weekend building out the team’s vision, as well as unwinding with some fun (although competitive) activities. I love working as a physio at PhysioWest as every day is a little different, and our team which is made up of diverse personalities is always up for lending support and creating a little fun.
