WHAT: Each small group class is 45 minutes of mat based exercise. Our Physiotherapists guide you through antenatal strengthening and stretching using the fitballs, dumbbells, therabands and Pilates circles.
WHO: Designed for expecting Mums who would like to prevent (or resolve) any niggles and continue achieving goals.
HOW: Before joining Antenatal see your Physiotherapist for an assessment to discuss your history and goals.
