PhysioWest Client Services Team

Caitlin Wood

Practice Manager

Hi, my name is Caitlin!

I’ve been a part of the PhysioWest Client Services Team since February of 2022. I was taking a break from University and wanted to try to find my career path. My Mum was a previous client at PhysioWest and received an email from them asking if she knew anyone who’d be interested in a client service role. A few months later, I was a part of the
PhysioWest Team! Since then I’ve basically lived at our Salisbury Clinic!

Over the years I have dabbled in some sports. I participated in calisthenics growing up then moved onto dancing for 7+ years on and off. Then, I moved into swimming and did it competitively for a bit but soon stopped to focus on school and my career. I’m now getting back into the gym and hopefully getting back into some casual swimming. I do enjoy a good book and travelling (planning to do more of this in the next couple of years) and have recently started to enjoy crocheting. I’m also very Family oriented and put others before myself. I think this is why I’ve always been in a career in customer service as I like to help others where possible.

I’ve been very fortunate at PhysioWest and joined our Emerging Leaders Program, become a mentor to our other Client Services Team members and now become the Practice Manager for both our Salisbury and Mile End clinic (you’ll see my face a lot more at Mile End in the next couple of months)! I’m a very organised person and like a good to do list but my journey at PhysioWest has taught me a lot and I’m excited to see where it’ll take me!

Book your appointment below! We’d love to see you in the clinic!

Taya Harding

Strategy & Project Manager

Hello, my name is Taya. It’s lovely to meet you!

I graduated high school in 2018 in my small hometown where I grew up, Kingston South East. Since then, I completed a Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences in 2023, and will graduate from my Bachelor of Laws in 2024 at the University of Adelaide.

Growing up my life basically revolved around sports. I originally wanted to be a physio after I sustained a hamstring injury as a teenager that drastically changed my ability to participate in sport, however, that clearly changed along the way. In September of 2023, I again sustained a hamstring injury and underwent major repair surgery in early 2024 – so I’m very fortunate to be in the right place with the right people!

My story with PhysioWest began as a client. I had an amazing experience and I knew how committed the team was to providing exceptional service. I was thrilled to join the PhysioWest team and be a part of the impact that the team makes in our community. Since joining the team almost 3 years ago, I have joined the Emerging Leaders program, mentored many members of our team, attended exciting leadership events, and moved into a new and very exciting role – as PhysioWest’s first Strategy & Project Manager!

Investing in myself and my community is very important to me. I love to strive for professional and personal growth, no matter what that looks like. Hard work pays off, as I have definitely seen in my time at PhysioWest. I’m excited to see what happens next.

To invest in yourself – book your appointment below. We would love to work with you!

Lili Stevens

Client Services Team

Hi, I’m Lili!
I’m part of the client services team here at PhysioWest.
I have over 6 years of experience in customer service roles, spanning over a breadth of industries. Most notably, I was given the opportunity to manage a café and loved bringing a smile to my customers’ faces.

I’m currently in my 3rd year of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. Having the opportunity to combine my love for physiotherapy and building customer relationships, at PhysioWest, is amazing!

I’ve always enjoyed sports. I played a season of every sport I could get my hands on, often playing multiple sports every year. When I was 9, I came across hockey, and that was the sport I fell in love with. I’m now playing my 12th season and currently playing in the top league in Adelaide, Premier League. I have also been lucky enough to represent South Australia at National Hockey Championships over the last 12 years.

I’m proud to say that I work with such a welcoming and passionate team who are committed to providing exceptional service and treatment, ensuring you return to the things you love to do. I’m thankful for this opportunity at PhysioWest, and will strive to ensure that each customer has a positive experience when visiting our clinics.

Rebecca Rees

Client Services Team

Hi, I’m Rebecca, also known as Bec!

I am a CST member here at PhysioWest. I’ve had a number of varying roles over the years, working in hospitality, retail, reception work and a sports trainer at a soccer club. I graduated from school in 2015, and since then I have graduated from a degree of Health Science, in which I was given the opportunity to study in England for a few months, and now I am in my third year of physiotherapy at uni. This is what brought me to PhysioWest! I love being able to experience what it will be like to work in a physiotherapy clinic along side by degree.

I love keeping active as much as I can. I have played netball and tennis since I was young, I love going to the gym a few times a week and taking my dog for walks on the beach. On weekends (when I’m not busy studying) I’m either hanging out with friends and family, or going camping whenever I get a chance!

I feel very grateful to be working for PhysioWest, it’s such a great team to be a part of and everyone is very welcoming! I love being able to help people and to make everyone’s experience at PhysioWest a positive one.

Shanaya Cotgrave

Client Experience Officer

Hi, my name is Shanaya!
I am part of PhysioWest’s Client Services Team! I have previously worked in retail and as a pharmacy assistant but am very excited to now be working with the amazing team at PhysioWest.

I began my Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in 2021 but after two years I decided I wanted to change degrees. It was a difficult decision but I am now in my second year of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Honours at UniSA and am loving it!

I grew up loving sports and played netball for more than 10 years, as well as being involved in many school sports. I still enjoy being active by going to the gym, taking my dog for walks and spending time at the beach. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work at PhysioWest and I look forward to meeting many of you in our clinics!

Bodhi

Client Experience Officer

Hi, I’m Bodhi!
I graduated high school in 2003 in the lovely sunny coast, I had been working in the horse racing industry for 4 years already and began my apprenticeship as a Jockey. A head injury early on saw me pursue other career options which led me to university. Throughout my time at University I have completed a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering and a Masters in Robotics and now taken on the challenge of a PhD within the Biomedical Engineering field, specifically working with Athletes rehab hamstring tears using exoskeleton research with sights of further developing the use of exoskeletons for individuals with neurological disorders.

Whilst studying at University I have had the opportunity to work in a number of person-centered roles, primarily as a disability support worker and in customer service roles. I completed my Cert 4 in fitness in 2019 after my own personal journey with weight loss and falling in love with exercise and the gym. I began 1:1 personal training in Feb 2020 which was a wild ride! Learning to run my own business around covid lockdowns was certainly a challenge. I enjoy working with people and love seeing/empowering people meet their goals!

I spend my downtime dancing particularly burlesque, playing video games and hanging out with my dog “Albert”. My journey at PhysioWest started as a client and after learning first hand the experience that is offered to every client I knew this was a team I wanted to be part of. I can’t wait to see you in the clinic soon!
