Hi there,

I love helping people with sports rehabilitation, chronic and acute injury management, and general health and wellbeing. I believe in empowering my patients through movement, exercise and education with the aim to optimise function to maximise quality of life. I want to help you reach your personal goals, no matter how big or small.

Growing up, I experienced my fair share of injuries being involved in many sports including athletics and Aussie Rules Football. These experiences formed my interest in physiotherapy as a fourteen-year-old as I was constantly seeking physiotherapy myself. I’ve had many setbacks and understand how pain and injury can stop you doing what you love. Since then, I have never wanted to be anything else.

Upon finishing high school, I began my physiotherapy journey at the University of South Australia. I started to row at a state level and won multiple national medals, which was an incredible character-building experience. After a lengthy period of study and rowing… and study and rowing… and study and rowing… I finally completed university and now love what I do everyday.

I joined PhysioWest because of their exceptional, supportive team and because they are a highly motivated crew. Their core values align with my own, particularly in that physiotherapy is a service that is about you and your individual goals.

Outside of work, I like to keep active by hiking, going to the gym and the occasional run. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and partner, who is also a physiotherapist. I am a mad AFL fan, a low-key nerd at heart and enjoy immersing myself in a good book or writing short stories.

A quote that has resonated with me over my life is “Humans are complex creatures that are not fixed in stone – they are malleable and capable of enormous change beyond their wildest dreams”. It is a good reminder that we can often do more than we think!

I have completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia and have extensive background in high level sport after spending three years in the South Australian Institute of Sport.

Book your appointment below – I’d love to work with you.
