Prajakta is a Physiotherapist with nearly six years of clinical experience across musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. Her path into physiotherapy began with community involvement work during her school and college years, where she saw firsthand how much of a difference hands-on support and encouragement could make in someone’s recovery. That early interest carried through her studies, leading her to complete her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (Honours) at Trinity College Dublin, followed by her Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports) at Adelaide University.
Most of Prajakta’s career has been spent as a Senior Physiotherapist at Singapore General Hospital, where she gained broad experience across women’s health, orthopaedics, and cardiopulmonary care, and even covered the ICU, before finding her niche in outpatient musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. She combines hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise-based rehabilitation, and genuinely enjoys getting to know her patients, taking the time to understand their concerns, their story, and what they’re working towards, so she can build the kind of trust and partnership that keeps them motivated through recovery.
Prajakta’s special interests include:
- Foot and ankle injuries
- Knee injuries and post-op ACL recovery
- Shoulder and neck pain
- Sporting injuries and return-to-sport programming
- Tendinopathy management
- Low back pain and injuries
- Chronic disease and lifestyle management

Outside of work, Prajakta stays active through swimming, kickboxing, trekking, and cycling. Enjoys baking, travelling, and music in her downtime. She looks forward to partnering with you on your next physiotherapy journey.
