WHAT: Each small group class is 45 minutes using the reformer, trapeize table and fitballs. Individual programs are supervised by a Physiotherapist throughout the class who will help you with technique and constant progression so that you get the most out of your time at the PhysioWest gym.
WHO: This class is for those who are looking to build strength and mobility, rehabilitate or prevent injury using the Pilates equipment. If you are after a challenge or even just beginning your health journey, our Physiotherapist can cater for you.
