Individual programs are supervised by a Physiotherapist throughout the class who will help you with technique and constant progression so that you get the most out of your time at the PhysioWest gym.

WHO: This group class is for those who are looking to build strength, rehabilitate or prevent injury in a safe and comfortable environment.

HOW: Before joining Body Strong see your Physiotherapist for an assessment to discuss your goals and design your individualised program.

Consults and classes are claimable through health funds.
