Core is a 45 minute class that focuses on both overall flexibility and the strengthening of your core muscles. Core stability is an essential component of injury rehabilitation, not only for the spine, but also for other injuries such as leg and shoulder pain. Core stability also provides a solid base from which to perform your daily movements.

Before joining the class you will need to book in for a one on one with one of our physiotherapists so they can undertake a health assessment screening and discuss your specific needs and goals.
