Why: Warm water and buoyancy can assist recovery after injuries/surgeries. Build strength and improve balance in a safe and relaxed environment.
What:45 minute sessions of exercises in the water, selected for you to achieve your recovery goals. Individual programs can consist of gentle movement against the resistance of the water, or body weight exercises using buoyancy for assistance.
Who: For people who are not yet confident to work out in a gym setting
How: Before joining our hydro class, see your Physiotherapist for an assessment to discuss your goals and design your individualised program.
