WHAT: Each small group class is 45 minutes of mat based exercise. Our Physiotherapists guide you through post-natal strengthening and stretching using the fit-balls, dumbbells, therabands and Pilates circles.
WHO: Designed for Mums with babies up to walking age.
HOW: Before joining Mums ‘n Bubs see your Physiotherapist for an assessment to discuss your history and goals.
